Submissions<\/h2>\n

At Bigger Picture Books we accept books across all genres, from all over the world. <\/p>

We want to hear from all authors, new or previously published, and you don\u2019t have to have an agent representing you.<\/p>\n

We are looking for books that highlight LGBTQ+ stories<\/strong> or work from LGBTQ+ authors.<\/p>\n

We prioritise books that promote positivity, diversity and happiness<\/strong> in non-traditional families.<\/p>\n

We very rarely accept manuscripts that have already been illustrated.<\/p>\n

What you need<\/h2>\n

You will need;<\/p>\n\nA brief cover letter introducing yourself with your contact details\nA short synopsis of your work\nYour completed manuscript (un-edited scripts are accepted) preferably as a word document\n\n\n

Publishing with us<\/h2>\n

Here at Bigger Picture Books, we offer two types of publishing contracts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Hybrid Publishing<\/h2>\n

The author pays us for the services they choose, and the author keeps 100% of the royalties incurred from all sales. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Traditional Publishing<\/h2>\n

The whole cost for producing, publishing and marketing the work is covered by us and we recoup our fees through a percentage of royalties from sold books.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n

Your manuscript will be reviewed by our Editor who will get in touch with you within two weeks.<\/p>\n

We review every manuscript we receive, and always make sure to reply to every submission whether successful or not. <\/p>\n
